I am very very sorry to tell you that Roberta Hughes died early this morning in the Ulster Hospital. As you all know she had been ill for some time.
To say that we will all miss Roberta at the club is an understatement – she was the club’s most loyal member and she encouraged and supported each one of us individually and collectively.
To Helen and Tony we send our heartfelt sympathies.

Green availability over the winter.
Whether our green should remain open for play was discussed at the AGM yesterday.
As there appeared to be little or no interest in playing over the worst of the winter months the members present at the meeting decided that the green will be closed until the beginning of March.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2017
TO BE HELD ON FRIDAY 24 NOVEMBER AT 7.00 pm
IN THE GREEVES ROOM – CIYMS CLUBHOUSE
The Special General Meeting will commence at 7.00 pm:-
For your perusal copies of the Committee’s suggested revised constitution will be available in the clubhouse from 6.30 pm.
The Annual General Meeting will immediately follow the SGM:
Members must advise the Secretary in writing of any business to be considered at the AGM at least 14 days before the meeting.
Nomination of candidates for election of Officers shall be made in writing to the Secretary at least 21 days in advance of the AGM date.
Your Committee urge ALL MEMBERS to attend BOTH meetings.
