We are almost at the conclusion of the development of our new Bowling green and site.

For insurance and health & safety reasons, until the ‘building site’ is officially handed over to CI no one is allowed access to the bowling green area and pavilion without express permission of the contractor.

I know we are all keen to have a closer look at the green and the pavilion but we must not enter the area until completion. We have a meeting next Tuesday when we will agree exactly when this will take place.

Please adhere to these requirements until we have the official go ahead.

I will of course, post this information when available.

The laying of the green is now finished.

It will require a stretching later in the summer when it warms up a bit!!

The tarmacing of the roadway and surrounds to the green, outside the fence, will be done this Friday.

The floor of the pavilion will be done by the end of the week.
