UPDATE …August 2018
For those who indicated an interest in our trip to Jersey in 2019, the committee, while fully supportive of the plan, are nevertheless cognisant of our commitments to the various leagues in which we play as a club, and have decided to try and reschedule our tour to mid September 2019 as the April dates couldn’t be facilitated.
We should be in a position by the end of this current season to have a final decision and more precise details.
It would be our intention to travel on a Tuesday, returning Saturday. At this moment the cost, which includes 4 nights on a half board basis in the 3 star Mayfair Hotel in St Helier and flights, is estimated at approximately £320 sharing. This represents excellent value but this is an estimate until the 2019 flights’ schedule is confirmed.
It is hoped most if not all of those who expressed initial interest in this Club Tour will still be able to come when final plans are made, but if you are no longer interested can you please advise any member of committee so we are working with accurate numbers.
