NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING FRIDAY 25th NOVEMBER 2022
The Annual General Meeting will take place on Friday 25 November 2022 at 7:30p.m. in the Greeves Room.
Members must advise the Honorary Secretary in writing or by email of any business they wish to be raised at least 21 days before the AGM (by Friday 4thNovember 2022).
Members may submit nominations in writing or by email to the Secretary for the posts of Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Treasurer, Safeguarding Officer, committee members and selectors. Members proposed must have agreed to stand for election. Any name submitted must have a proposer and seconder and be with the Secretary by 4th November.
