Anne & Denis invite you to their Presidents’ Day on Saturday 8 September.
There will be a tournament for all in the afternoon commencing at 2.00 pm. Following the tournament the buffet will be in the main clubhouse at approximatley 5.30 pm and then the Presidents present their prizes to the fortunate winners.
As you will appreciate we need to know who and how many will be coming for catering purposes so it is essential you enter your name on the list on the gents’ noticeboard or the one on the ladies’ noticeboard by Monday 27 August at the latest. Please tick the appropriate columns so we know if you are coming for both the tournament and the buffet, or just to one event.
The buffet:-
- beef stroganoff or chicken casserole with rice & bread
- pavlova or cheesecake
- tea/coffee
The cost per person is £10 and should be paid to Peter by Monday 3 September. Entry to the tournament is free.
Dress code: Men – grey trousers & club shirt. Ladies – white trousers & club shirt.
