The President and Officers invite ALL your members to attend the Annual Dinner and Presentation of Prizes for the 2023 season on Friday 6^th October 2023, in the Falls Bowling Club.

Please complete and return the application form below, to Colin Campbell, to arrive as soon as possible, but not later than the 27^th September 2023.  Cost of dinner bookings will be included as part of your annual IBA invoice. Send no money with booking.    

NOTES:     1.         Each Club is required to purchase at least one ticket, (see IBA Rule 5)

                   2.         If tickets are not pre-purchased, a meal might not be available.

Hi all,

It has been decided that the Mixed Triples tournament will be held on Friday 1^st September 2023.

If you entered the tournament on the original date and are not available please advise me accordingly.

In addition if you are now able to play in the tournament please reply to this email asap.

In any case please let me have your reply by 24^th August and I will then adjust the original draw and advise details as soon as I can after that.

 … the Clinic will follow a shortened Mixed Rinks session, when rules and matters of etiquette will be addressed.

The format will include a question and answer session.

It is hoped that  as many members as possible will attend.

Jeff, a Committee member at ‘The Stadium’, has asked that the following information be made available:

There will be an OPEN DAY AT SHAWS BRIDGE INDOOR STADIUM on Tuesday, August 22 12 noon – 8:00 p.m. 

The membership cost to new members will be £60.00

Anyone introducing a new member will receive a £10 voucher for the bowls shop (to a maximum of 3 vouchers)

Hi

Denis, on behalf of Louis, Colin and Philip, has asked me to thank all those members who supported them this afternoon at the PGL Senior 4s Championship Final at Old Bleach Bowling Club. 

To reach the final was an achievement in itself and those present watched a hard-fought match in which they were runners-up to a strong Belmont team.  

Congratulations to them all.
