The coaches have decided to hold a Q + A session for all members of the Bowling Club on:

 Fri 24th June at 7:00 p.m.

The purpose of the clinic is to give advice  on all bowling related matters e.g.

Issues or concern with your bowling action                                      

Verbal advice on etiquette

Laws of the game

Practical help on team play and role

Anything you want to more about.

We have restarted the Bonus ball draw for this season. If you wish to take part just pick a number on the poster in the CI Knock pavilion and put your name against it. The cost is £20 for 20 weeks. Each week the holder of the Lottery Bonus ball number will receive £30. The club receives the remaining £29.

Give your £20 to Tony Wilson.

Have an interest in the weekly lottery and help the club funds at the same time.

The numbers are going fast so pick your favourite lucky number now before they are gone.

Assistant Coach Course NI

An Assistant Coach Course will take place

Friday 13^th May  7:00 pm – 10:00 pm – Theory and discussion

Saturday 14^th May 9:30 – 12:30  – practical assessment

Venue   Belfast Indoor Bowling Club

Shawsbridge,  Belfast

Cost is £35 per person with discounts if there are more than 2 people from one club a 3^rd gets half price.

Consideration will be given on request to overnight accommodation or petrol allowance for those who incur excessive travelling.

The course is for people who play bowls and have an interest in promoting it to others – it is delivered in a relaxed fashion with

opportunity for debate and discussion.
